Emergency Questions

If you had to lose one part of your body, which part of the body would you have removed to save the rest of you?

Oh my gosh. I love to listen, so I want my ears. Am I allowed to think this through, like, uh… Like the game shows where they want you to… You’d probably want me to lose both ears as part of this. *RH clarifies that BR could lose just one ear. RH also states that he would definitely choose a testicle, as it is the least important part of his body.* I think I should have said that right off the bat to make you feel very comfortable about what has hapened to you. In fact, that’s probably a good answer. I’ll say one testicle.

Have you ever seen a ghost?

No. No, I uhhh… They say every theatre has a ghost – Are you familiar with a ghost light? So on stage at every major theatre around the country they have a light that they leave on all night long and that is – I don’t know – to placate the ghost of the theatre? Or whatever, but I’ve never seen one. I don’t subscribe to the fact that there are ghosts out there. If I have seen them, I don’t know about it. Apparently I’ve looked right through them. I have not seen a ghost. I’ve seen Bigfoot, I’ve seen the Abominable Snowman, and I’ve see the Loch Ness Monster.

If you could take one item from any museum or art gallery – and you’re allowed to take it home with you – in the world, what would you take?

I would probably want one of those Monet lily pad kind of things. I don’t even know the title of a particular painting but they’re just very soothing. Very soothing and calm and it brings a sense of serenity that is very enjoyable. *RH jokes about the cavalier attitude with which BR gives his answer, particularly the fact that he doesn’t know the title of the painting.* I got it under my arm as I’m walking out. And no one’s going to ask any questions. And I’ll go, “They said I could have it!”
